Spada to advise Citibase


London, August 2011: Leading PR consultancy Spada has been appointed as communications adviser to Citibase, the UK’s foremost provider of serviced office space to the cost-conscious SME sector.

Citibase operates over 650,000 sq ft of serviced office space on behalf of banks, administrators, landlords and property funds. The company specialises in the turnaround of distressed commercial offices to generate cash yields for property owners.

The appointment will see Spada provide strategic communications advice, helping to grow Citibase’s profile in the property market as the company seeks to build on its current portfolio of 34 centres.
